Why read-only access users are not able to see clients on wireless heat map?

We are able to see clients on wireless heat map as we are using administrator credentials.

Other users, which are non-admin, (which can be monitoring team or noc team) are not able to see connected clients details on wireless heat map.

Is there any way to change account settings?
