Content Delivery Networks and NTA

How do I find out what content my users are accessing when they are connected to a CDN? I have been unable to find a definitive answer.

Explanation 1:

NTA can't do it if the Netflow source is behind a nat.

Issue I have with that is I'm pulling flows form the core, as well as my edge routers, and I still only see akamaitechnologies.com and fbcdn.com.

Explanation 2:

NTA can't do it full stop, and you need to buy another product or get really good at linux.

Really don't want to have to purchase another module, especially since this seems like it should be NTA's "bag."

Any and all help is appreciated. Does anyone have a workable solution for this seemingly solvable problem?
