How to Limit User for NCM Jobs

Hello All,

I want to create a User ID who will be able to create, run and modify NCM Jobs created by themselves.

But, he should not be able to View/ Edit Jobs created by Other User ID.

We are using NCM version 7.8.

Please let me know if this is possible.
