Calendar in WHD

I am new to WHD and I apologize for all of the questions. Does anyone actively use the Calendar in WHD? All that I have figured out is that the calendar basically shows you Open tickets and that is all.

My Techs were hoping that the calendar would link with Outlook but I found out that it does not. Does anyone know if there is a way to have it remind you of a specific ticket without having to open the calendar.

Ex. Like outlook would do with their reminder feature.

If you utilize due dates in your tickets the assigned due date will show on the assigned tech's calendar. They can also have those due dates show in their outlook calendar by merging the whd calendar in their Outlook calendar.

Thank you for your help. I have been testing this myself and have been able to utilize due dates and it does show on the WHD Calendar. Also, I now have a Calendar in Outlook for WHD, but as of yet I haven't been able to show any reminders in the Outlook calendar. I haven't given up yet though!!

No problem. For outlook reminder as far as I know outlook reminders pertain to appointments and meetings made/accepted in outlook so I don't think you will get reminders for your ticket due dates
