I can see that I can I can choose various types of fields for custom fields but I need to be able to validate the input.
Eg for a date I need to set a valid range (either start and end dates, or rules like, in the past (end_date <NOW() ), in the future (start_date > NOW()) ) etc
for a text field I need to be able to specify a reg exp for email, telephone number etc
Seems a fairly obvious thing to have so I'm wondering if its there but I just haven't found it yet.
