We've been struggling with, what seems to be, a bug in how custom field behavior is working. Mainly, when we select an option in a non-required multiple-choice custom field and save it, we are then forced to have a value select for the custom field. When we try to deselect the value and click save, the previously selected value returns. I've included a gif of the issue below.
Is this normal custom field behavior in Web Help Desk or a bug? This is preventing us from correcting a multiple-choice custom field that has been accidentally or mistakenly selected.
