Migrating IPAM from Standalone to Orion

Hello!

New to Thwack, I thought I'd try here before I open a support ticket. We currently have a standalone installation of IPAM (Orion Platform 2014.2.1, IPAM 4.3) on a Windows 2012 Server, SQL 2012 . I am in the process of installing a new Orion platform for our other Orion Products (7 other modules on Win 2012R2, SQL2012) that involve standing up new 2016 servers for SQL and Windows.

My thought here is to:

Upgrade IPAM in place to match the Orion version on the existing server.

Migrate the SQL server to the new 2016.

Migrate IPAM to Existing Orion environment.

Migrate Orion to new 2016 platform.

Upgrade Orion in place on new platform to current versions.

The part I'm getting tripped up by is the migration of IPAM from its standalone environment to our existing Orion environment. Has anyone done this before?

Thanks for considering.
