Config Downloader Not Functioning

Switch: ##.##.81.126
String: @H6R1#B%%
TFTP Server: 10.0.1.140 (SolarwindsDMZ)
• Response: “##.##.87.126 does not response to SNMP queries using @H6R1#B%%”
• No response in switch to: debug tftp, snmp packets, or UDP Packets except the sending process.
• Firewall allowed transaction for snmp-read under cisco config downloader. This produces no input in the tftp-server
• Direct input of command line shows a blocked UDP service of 9284 on the logs. Jumps ports each try.
• Firewall and TFTP server only respond to 10.0.1.140. Not 10.0.0.140. The UDP service jumps port numbers sporadically when using command line interface only to be blocked by rule the last rule in firewall "block unknown".
• Using Solarwinds will show in the firewall as source port 3030 and be permitted, however, solarwinds responds with “##.##.81.126 does not respond to queries using @H6R1#B%% as a community string.
