NPM 12.4 support for Aruba switches

Hi,

I had a ticket open a few months ago regarding some issues, in particular, support for Aruba 2920, 3810M, 2540 switches, where it says "Overall Hardware Status (Node) 'Overall Hardware Status' has state: Could Not Poll" when looking in NPM. I was told that 12.4 would have full visibility into these switches.

Alas, that did not happen.

I need to know why when I was told that full support for this hardware was going to be included in 12.4, it is not working? I have well over 100 switches, with hundreds more coming in, and my window of "Nodes with problems" is about ready to choke it's so long with these problems.

Help!

Hi,
I have the same problem. I upgraded to 12.5 with the same result.
More than that, I installed Aruba 8400 and Aruba 8320, and NPM even not recognize them as switches .

My NPM installation has been like this since 12.3. No hardware status for any newish HP/Aruba switch (2930, 5406zl2 etc) Upgraded to 12.5 today and still will not recognize their hardware status.

We got Hardware Health details working for Aruba switches running WC 16.x while testing NPM 12.5 RC2.
