Solarwinds Integration with ServiceNow through Event Management

SolarWinds alert integration plugin can create an Incident in ServiceNow.

I want to know whether is there any way to create an Incident in ServiceNow through Information Technology Operations Management(ITOM)

i.e. creating an event and then respective alert and then an incident instead creating an Incident directly.

Can this be done using same Plugin ?

If yes then how ?
