    Who ownes these 135 networks?

I have a list of 135 networks, for example 204.213.145. I have to find who owns each network. They may be split into subnets with other owners, and / or I may have to scan each IP to see who owns each box.
?? Is Solarwinds able to do this somehow in a fast way? Querie SNMP somehow? Banners? -- ??
           Thanks very much.

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking, but... here goes.

SolarWinds used to have an extension to Network Sonar that would add information about who owned each network including city, ISP, provider, etc. I'll see if I can find it.

Also, SolarWinds "DNS/Who Is Resolver" can tell you information about each network/subnet. For example, 204.213.145.0 is :
