Solarwind SFTP & SCP stopped every 9 days

Good day to you,

I would like to know, is there a downtime or there is a time/limited time where the apps [Solarwind SFTP/SCP] stopped automatically?

I’ve count the days[9 days] where it will be stopped it Self,

This issue is went up to my Manager

Kindly need your advise
