Hello!, somebody can help me to know where it is problem when I can make email notification to arrive tech´s email address, when a customer email to open a case this is opened but technician never gets a notification through an email let him know that there is a case open, and if I go to this case I see in notes section that WHD could not send email to technician and appears a phrase in red letters saying "553 Relaying disallowed as jwd help desk", thanks in advanced for your help.
