Is there a way to email out the contents of a note to a specific email?
For example we use Web Help Desk for new hire tickets. But for application setup we email a designated email address and it auto creates a ticket to a predetermined application request type. Now we just create an email in Outlook and reference the parent ticket. It would be easier to enter a note in the master ticket and have it email off withing WHD to the address or request type we pick.
We use multiple tickets for reporting and easier then just one master ticket.
