    Setting an action based on a date

      Hi there,

      Is there a way to setup an action based on a date?

      For example we use web help desk for employee exits.  Some times we get an exit a few weeks early and would like a way to enter the exit date in order for it to be reassigned to another tech on that date automatically.  Sometimes it is an oversight until a few days after the exit.

      I hope this makes sense.
