When attaching a file to a ticket a .dms is downloaded

We have just upgraded to version 12.6 and now everytime I go to attach a document to a ticket two empty files are downloaded during the process. On the first click "empty.dms" is downloaded and on the upload "upload.dms" is downloaded. Anyone seeing anything similar?

OS: OSX 10.14

Browser: Safari v. 12

I suggest you all log with support so you are notified when a fix becomes available

I have a similar issue but on chrome - windows - 12.6
Chrome Version 72.0.3626.109
Windows 10
WHD 12.6
Every time I click "add file" it downloads an empty file straight away

This is a known issue and is currently being investigated.

WHD v12.5
Chrome 72.0.3626.119
One file is downloaded when clicking "add file". The other one is downloaded when clicking "upload". Happens on both ticket details section attachments and note attachments.

On Windows, this appears to be a relatively new issue with Chrome only. We are seeing it on version 72.0.3626.96.
Firefox and IE seeing to be working as expected.
On Mac, we are seeing the problem in Chrome (72.0.3626.119) and Safari (12.0.3).

Did that already. They said its a known bug.
Same issue occurs when you go to Setup > General > Look and Feel

When opening a support ticket please reference this internal ticket number WHD-3184 so the rep knows where to attach the case too.

It does not appear to happen in Firefox or Edge for me.
