      Good afternoon,

       

      Does anyone know if you can make the FAQ's visible if you do not allow your users to choose a Request Type?  Our Support Center handles all the assigning of tickets so our Users only have one choice for Request Type therefore they do not see the FAQ's that are attached to specific request types.  Thanks.
