Windows 2016 DHCP Server - IPAM permissions?

Hi,

Can anyone elaborate on what account permissions precisely is needed to discover DHCP scopes on a Server 2016 DHCP?
I have a domain account (Same domain as the solarwinds server), the account has local admin access on the server, and also DHCP Administrator through the local group, but we still get an error saying:

Test Failed

Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer

Currently the account has the following, and still fails:

Member of: Administrators, DHCP Administrators, DHCP Users

Additionally the following polices added as well: Allow log on locally, Manage auditing and security log

And it still fails.

If I use my own account, which has domain admin priv. it works, but that's a bit over the top for this account. emoticons_happy.png
