    Can't use Request types for FAQs

      As you can see in the pictures below I can't use the request type as a FAQ Category, even though I checked the setting for it.

      I was able to create FAQs beforhand, but after the HelpDesk went live and some tickets for said category were created, I couldn't use it as a FAQ Category anymore (I assume that's the issue, as it's the only distinctive difference between the type I can't use and the ones I can still use.

       

      Obviously I'd still want to create new FAQs for request types, as new questions pop up after it went live.
