Is it possible to build rules around locations and departments? In effort to make the drop down list more efficient.
Example would be.
If location is XYZ show departments, Finance, HR , Dietary. If location is ABC show departments IT, Nursing, Admissions. ect ect.
Yes. Under Setup > Tickets > Request Types, select your specific request and you will have options for both Locations and Departments.
Here you can limit visibility based on those selections.
