    PB to make the back config on solarwins

      Hello everybody

       

      i explain you my pb, i have a pb to download a HP 2520G switch configuration,i have a timeout

       

      i have a other device with the same model, same version and for this device no problem ti make the backup.

       

      have you ever been this situation ?

          I believe it is when NCM cannot determine where the end of the config is. I am having the same issue.

          In some areas I have gotten it to work by sending the pre-command to disconnect if no data returned for 3 seconds, and the last value returned was !

          <Command Name="PreCommand" Value="Exit" Delay="3" RegEx="!"/>
