I was hoping for some direction on setting up an email alert or flagging a ticket if the client's response to the survey is within a certain score.
Example: Client enters a ticket, we complete the work, close the ticket. The survey is sent to the client and they respond with a 3 (2 or 1) out of 5. We want that ticket to be either flagged or have an email sent to us to have us follow up with the client as to what we can do better next time.
Is there a way to achieve that in WHD? Thanks for the help!
