    How to disable note from child tickets


      Hi Guys,


      is there an option to disable the notes from a child ticket so this will not show on the PARENT/Problem ticket?



      if we have hundreds of tickets and we link them to a Parent ticket. The clients who created the child tickets will then ask for updates or somewhat then will spam the Parent ticket and we would not be able to see the notes/solutions that we are adding.


      Any option to do this?
