Monitor specific email account

Hi,

I need to monitor a specific email account which is created to send bulk emails to different recipients; But sometime this account is sending emails to some specific users continuously ( 15 min frequency for multiple days) I need to monitor that account, if it sends more than one email to one user, in that case, it will generate an alert.

- is there any template(built-in or user-created) to monitor recipients list?

There are no out of the box templates for that use case. You would probably need to create a custom script to check that and then
use the scripting component monitors to return a value that SAM could alert on.
