Removed Crystal Reports runtime and LEM reports 6.4.0 to fix error... now no installer will reinstall the crystal reports runtime!

I had thought that this was the last step I needed to get this working but since now Crystal Reports Runtimev11 won't install at all now I'm totally hanging here... I've never even gotten it working before as I'm new to this LEM.

Crystal can become sticky when uninstalled and take some special handling (clearing out the leftover files or folders). There are two ways I would approach this:

1. You can download the Crystal Runtime stand alone installer and run it as admin to install: 
   https://downloads.solarwinds.com/solarwinds/Release/LEM/SolarWinds-LEM-v6.0.1-CrystalReportsRuntime.zip
2. Reinstalling the LEM Reports Console - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support

Step three in the second link lists the folders you should look for and clear.

Will that Crystal runtime version work with 6.4.0 LEM?  I was worried about the versions in the customer portal not matching.

That's direct from the Customer Portal. It's the same runtime, just as a separate installer so it should work fine for your needs and is provided like that for cases like yours

I don't think the runtime itself has been updated for a while, however the reports software itself is kept up to date with the console version so that's why the versioning appears to be different.

Cool maybe I'll try the older stand alone installer as well.  I'm going to try that success center guide link you posted as well... I'll let everyone know how it goes... I'm still new to LEM.
