We have a license for DW 9 and been using it for many years. No one can remember when and how it was bought.
But now we faced a problem: if technician is logged on using his account from another domain than DW says there is no license. Does DW license binds to local domain name?
How can we check it? How can we make it work in another domain?
To be clear:
One administrator's PC. DW 9 installed with license key for all users. Windows 2012 R2.
User1: email@example.com - license works
User2: firstname.lastname@example.org - license does not work.
Any help will be appreciated.
