Hi, our corporate IT has removed the users from the local Admin user account and locked it with a policy. We have been using this product for 10+ years, but now the best we can get is to view the remote user's monitor, we no longer have the ability to control the user's mouse. Needless to say this has become a quick problem helping remote users across the country. Do you know of any add-on security module to DameWare that may allow us to regain mouse control on a user's system? Our corporate IT stands firm that we must maintain the new security protocols....
