The company I work with is currently upgrading from WHD 12.2 to 12.5 and we're gong fully net new. New everything!
The question we're wrestling with now is how to export the old data from our current system with thousands of old tickets to a different location but still keep the data intact to be searchable by name, ticket number, etc. Some on our team suggested Excel, some say an SQL database, etc.
What do you think is the best?
