After we upgraded the EMC Isilon storage boxes from firmware onefs v7.2 to v8.0, unable to monitor with SRM 6.4. I did read some posts that we could monitor Onefs 8.0 with SRM 6.4. Initially we had "unable to connect the array" issue, after we recreated the certificates the connection was successful, but when its discover we getting the error like "We were able to connect to the device, but no compatible arrays were found. For more information see SRM - No compatible arrays found". The discovery result says "query failed". Have submitted the support case, they want us to upgrade the SRM to 6.5. But we are not in passion to do right now since we are running the DB on 2008 instance. (as all the new version won't support 2008 sql instance)
Any one has same issue and got fix.?
