You have some possibilities:

I can able to create incident but when i acknowledge the alert in solarwinds it is not at all reflecting in servicenow instance, and same for vice versa.
Please can anybody help to fix this issue?
When you Acknowledge alert from SolarWinds incident should move to Acknowledge state if it is defined in Servicenow action.
When you assing incident to someone it should acknowledged.
