I have the 5508 Controller added in SW. When I attempt to create a heat map with the access points there aren't any associated metrics listed under the properties for the access points so the heat maps don't generate properly. Oddly, if I add the access points independent of the controller, I get metrics for the APs however the access points aren't recognized as such in Network Atlas. I've deleted the aps and controller and started again but access point metrics still aren't being displayed. Any ideas? Also, very new to SW and NPM.
