Receive NetFlow from 3rd party ICMP router?

Hi

Our network topology is changing so that our satellite/branch sites no longer have ASA firewalls which is what we used to capture netflow information.

Now, our 3rd party supplier has 2 routers on each site (pri and sec) and they have setup netflow v9 to export to our solarwinds server.

We only have ICMP access to these, not even SNMP read.  Is it at all possible for Solarwinds to be able to collect netflow via this method from the 3rd party ICMP monitored routers?

Also, many of our sites don't have the required model Cisco switches to allow export of netflow so we can't get the information via the local layer 3 switches.

I don't want to go down the route of span ports to another device if at all possible.

Many thanks
