Tech Status Report

Has anyone found a way to get a daily email report on status of techs (Available/Vacation)?

We push for techs to set these before they leave but sometime they forget. It would be nice if our secretary could get a report daily and then adjust as needed.

Looked at API but looks limited. Considering doing some SQL and PowerShell stuff but if someone has a better solution or an already working one why re-invent.

I'd recommend the SQL/PowerShell route, trying to accomplish this from the front-end or via the API is a nightmare.
I used to do a weekly report for this kind of data, unfortunately I no longer have the code but it is definitely possible to do.

Was afraid of that. Will play with PowerShell and post what I work up once working.
