Modifying The "Windows Server 2008-2016 Domain Controller Security Template" / "Locked Out Users"

Hi Everyone,

I'm a little new to SAM and we are trying to modify this template "Windows Server 2008-2016 Domain Controller Security".

Specifically the Locked Out Users portion. We disabled everything else in the template.

How can I modify this so that I can provide a list of accounts we want to be notified if locked out? We don't care about the average user being locked out we just want a notification if one of our service accounts gets locked out. I couldn't find a specific template for just that so I am trying to see if we can somehow modify this one? I've already created a duplicate to work with and test.

I highly appreciate any feedback/assistance.
