So certain ticket request types can be created with a Subject line or Subject field to be filled in. Have you ever noticed in WHD that for a ticket with a Subject field, if you filled that field in with the creation of a new ticket, when you create another ticket with a Subject field, that Subject field is pre-filled with the subject that you filled in from the previous ticket? For example, if I create a ticket with the subject "User cannot login" then I create a new ticket that also has a subject field that can be filled in, the subject field for the new ticket is pre-filled with the characters "User cannot login"? Is this a documented issue and is there a solution? Thanks in advance.
We had the same problem a while ago, cant quite recall if it was resolved by upgrading to latest version or using a different browser. It is a documented issue i believe.
