    Missing option to 'close' tickets and make note 'visible to client'


      Two of my techs have randomly lost the ability to close a ticket.  Open and In Progress are their, but "Close" is no longer an option.   Similarly, they do not have the option to make a note Visible to Client.  That option has also disappeared.
