I'm currently working on this topic. The goal is only to create tickets when an Alert is Acknowledged.
There are some bugs left to it though, but for sure, it is only a matter of time that I get to clean all of them. In the meantime, sit tight. I will send updates as soon as I get it working properly.
I am already done with the part of creating tickets when the alert is acknowledged. I'm still working on the auto update of tickets when Alerts gets Reset.
