Adding LAP's to Groups

Maybe I'm just being a bit dull but for the life of me I can't see how to assign an AP to a specific named group. These are LAP's managed by a WLC.

Now, this may stem from the way the devices were scanned in and / or our lack of understanding of the tool but we are desperately trying to catch up.

To add a device to a group, you have to actually manage that device. You are setup like me and I'm not able to add them to groups either. The only option is to configure a static IP on the LAPs, and enable…

To add a device to a group, you have to actually manage that device. You are setup like me and I'm not able to add them to groups either. The only option is to configure a static IP on the LAPs, and enable SNMP...then add them to NPM. This impacts your license count, so if you aren't "unlimited" it will add up quickly.
