Hello yes, you can refer to this thwack thread and this document from Meraki about setting up SNMP on those devices.
You need to add the Meraki dashboard as a node, then edit the node properties and under polling you will find a Meraki option.
Log onto your Meraki portal and locate your API key, from the organisation list and enter that.
Once it has polled you'll see the status, as you the dashboard does and a new Wireless tab on node view, where you can see APs, wireless clients, errors and history information.
However the APs themselves don't actually provide SNMP for performance metrics, beyond their interface table.
No device information at all, you see the MIB-2 System mib (126.96.36.199.2.1.1), which is basic system information and MIB-2 Interfaces tables (188.8.131.52.184.108.40.206) and nothing else.
A very poorly implemented SNMP, blame the vendor.
