    Is it possible to format custom ticket fields ?


      I am new to the product and still getting to grips with it, I have created a custom ticket for the creation of a new user there are selection options using Ticket Custom Fields for the different printers available however we have a large number of printers is there are a way to group the printers into groups or even have them in columns as the custom fields appears to only only you to enter a string of values. Ideally I would like to group the printers together, the same would apply to the user application list
