SIP Trunks: Status Not Polled Yet

We're on the newest version of VNQM and I have setup the CallManagers to be polled every 5 minutes with the "Enable AXL SIP Trunk Polling" option.  The AXL Credentials show successful using the Test button.   The Call Manager SIP Trunks widget does show the SIP trunks and the Device Pools.   However, under the status column it says "Status not Polled Yet" and if you click the link for a specific trunk we get a "unexpected website error" status not polled for this SIP trunk.

Has anyone seen this or have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
