WHD and IE 11

Has anyone else seen this issue, WHD was working fine last week now today no one can create tickets using the interface, they can login > go to tickets and select a type ( printer issues, exchange, general issues etc...) but as soon as they do that they are unable to type in the subject or details bascily greyed out. use chrome its fine, only work around is to force ie into compatibility mode. does anyone know whats caused this and is there another fix for this? do I have to now for compatibility across all my clients?

Hi All.. finally solved the issue. it was down to cloudflare! oddly even tho I disabled the service when we first had issues it for some reason was still blocking it.. thankyou all for your help tho, much…

Can you provide a screen shot, as it sounds like you've got sub request types.

As Chris has requested, please provide a screenshots for the following:
The issue in IE11 (including the greyed out areas)
How this should look in another browser
The configuration of the Request Type that is being selected (requires Admin access)

This is what we are getting, it seems to work fine in chrome, ive had to forced compatibility across the sites that are having issues.

try disabling your CSS code in look and feel, it might be you have a typo which IE 11 doesn't like which is breaking the form.

Are you using any form of Enterprise Mode within Internet Explorer?
Can you also confirm the exact version of WHD you are running?

ive tried disabled the ccs and turning it back to the default and makes no difference, have also reinstalled to see if that was the issue still no difference.

no not using enterprise mode, this is just standard IE11 and also IE 11 built into edge shows the same issues.
