Has anyone else seen this issue, WHD was working fine last week now today no one can create tickets using the interface, they can login > go to tickets and select a type ( printer issues, exchange, general issues etc...) but as soon as they do that they are unable to type in the subject or details bascily greyed out. use chrome its fine, only work around is to force ie into compatibility mode. does anyone know whats caused this and is there another fix for this? do I have to now for compatibility across all my clients?
