Engineer's Toolset and Engineer's Toolset for Web

What is the difference between these two. We purchased this but I am not sure if I need to install both. Would I want to install both? We already have full blown Orion with all the modules. Do these actually integrate with NPM etc... Do I want to install them on the Solarwinds Server?

The Desktop toolset includes many more tools than the web client The web only has 5 tools available, Traceroute, Ping, Interface Monitor, CPU, and Memory

You might install it on your orion server or another management server, but which tools are you looking to use in the toolset that aren't already in one of the other Orion Modules you own?
