Is there any way to send traps/alert automatically to respective customer

Hi

I am looking for a solution to automate alert/trap sending process. My idea is, i will make a custom property with email addresses for the customer for a specific node/device and when any alert or traps trigger from that device, it will be sent to that customer using email in custom property.
