    Auto open ticket on a frequency basis


      Is there a way to automatically open tickets on a frequency basis, say every Monday?  I looked at the options in the help desk, and it doesn't appear that there is.  I want to ask in case I missed something.

          If you go to Setup> Tickets> Tasks you can generate a ticket on a scheduled basis. Select new, give the task a name and a schedule. Make sure you share the task if it is going to other individuals besides yourself. Hit save then more tabs will appear. Set up your ticket with a request type, subject, etc. Save it and then it should present you with a ticket on the scheduled basis. You can also check the history of the run as well once it starts. If the ticket does not run, then check to see if there is an action rule blocking the task. I hope this helps.
