Wrong SNMP Traps alerts received

We have set rule for Cisco Traps to send email based on below message string , but still our network Team receives linkDown email alerts. i am not sure why solar winds would still trigger these alerts

i have attached the screenshot of my rule config. in the attached screenshot "linkDown" string is missing. the mail received by Network Team from Solarwinds is below :-
