I have a basic query here. I have set up an alert condition to trigger. But it isn't triggering the alert everytime when the alert condition is met.
I want to trigger/re-trigger an alert everytime when the alert condition is met eventhough the previous alert is active/acknowledged.
Is there any possibilities to figure this out..?
Example:
Trigger condition:
Volume alert with evaluate the trigger condition every 2 mins.
Condition must exist for more than 2 mins.
Reset condition:
No reset condition – Trigger this alert each time the trigger condition is met
In this case, only one alert triggered & its active. It's been more than 2 hours, still the alert condition threshold has met, but no new alerts triggered. Why..?
