Is it possible to include a graph ( min/max/avg. response time) to an email alert? This could be an embedded alert or PDF attachment. Either would be great.
Searching the Thwack forums didn't produce any solution, or even a suggestion of anyone else requesting this option.

I don't believe it's possible to add a graph to the alert from SolarWinds.
What you can do is add the URL variable to the email body, which takes you to the faile

You can create graphs on the URL page, and tailor them for specific needs.

I with Jeff, using the Email a web page action should do what you want. Pictured below, you can build out the email the same as you would. The URL can even contain variables that'll resolve before fetching. It attaches the webpage as a PDF.
I haven't used this yet myself, but maybe this could help?
This is can be easily done using the action Email a web page you can even include a PerfStack graph. Using this quite every SolarWinds graph and page can be embedded into an attached PDF file.
