Unique SNMP credentials per device

We are migrating to Solarwinds from some open source tools.  Part of our practice has been to establish unique SNMP version 3 credentials for every device, following the advice of NIST, US-CERT, and other groups.  We've been able to manage that well with our open source tools, with a common credential repository that provides sufficient information for each of the tools to obtain the necessary credentials for each device.  We have over 700 devices defined in our repository.

In a related project, we are deploying Service Now for our CMDB, and we were able to device a dynamic credential in Service Now that calls some java to go to the credential store and retrieve the appropriate credentials.

How can we replicate something like that in Solarwinds?
