We have 11 Cisco nodes, 31 Extreme, 2 Sophos and 2 Fortinet in our network.
The Cisco devices are monitored very well.
But the problem is the most of our critical devices such as Extreme and Sophos are not monitored totally.
We cannot poll any hardware data for Sophos devices at all.
For Extreme we can poll just the CPU & Memory data without FanStatus, PowerSupply or Temperature.
Take in your consideration that we tried the all ways to poll these data.
We tried to assign the Sophos nodes to the poller with OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.2604. but it is not working, it gives us this message "The selected OID is not supported. Browse the available OIDs or manually add one and poll its value from the current node."
Also we tried to add FanStatus, PowerSupply and Temperature to Extreme nodes and it is not working too !!
Note that we are using NPM v12.0
Please need your help ASAP.
